    I have a number of pages on my site that I cannot edit through the page builder, I only get the spinning wheel. I spent a lot of time last night re-building my front page in the hopes of making a work around but before I was done, the new front page was also giving me a spinning wheel. I have tried a number of the suggested responses on other posts, turning off plugins, reloading the theme etc. but nothing is working. It seems this is a fairly major and common problem with this theme, is there going to be a fix provided to prevent this from happening without the costly additional time of all this troubleshooting?

    Hi asrtweb!

    Please disable your plugins and check if that works.
    If not, please ask your hosting provider to increase your php memory limit to 256M
    and let us know if that will work for you.

    I have already tried disabling plugins that does not work, and my hosting provider has just confirmed that I already have a php memory limit of 256M.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details, you are getting a 404 error on the WordPress admin-ajax.php file, could you try contacting your hosting provider to ask why that is please?
