https://markpostlaw.com cannot edit any pages, layout builder or default editor. Having same problem with my other enfold theme woodruffway.com which I have opened thread for.
Have not had to change any pages in several months. Might be last update or WordPress last updateALB won’t load loading circle just spins and never loads switch to default editor it loads. I have cleared cache, turned off plugins and tried different pages but still can’t get to load.

I can’t see any problems on my end, the layout builder loads and it’s possible to edit the page in private. Did you manage to find a solution?

RikardI thought you fixed it, it’s working fine now and I deleted the theme xenfold.
I have the Enfold theme at markpostlaw.com and It will not load any pages the loader circle just keep going, I sure hope you can check it. I filed a support notice for it.

Thanks for the update. This is the thread for markpostlaw, and I still can’t see any problems on my end. On which pages are you seeing that the Layout Builder is not working? Please directly to an example page where we can see the problem.

RikardIf I am in private window or any window and click on any page, it tries to load but the loading image just keeps running.

Could you try a different browser to see if that helps? If not, then please link directly to a page where you are seeing this problem on, so that we’re not checking on the wrong page.

Changed from child theme to main theme and no change. Should I download enfold theme again and switch to that?
Also rebooted computer but no difference.

I tried to check on your homepage as well as the last link you gave and I don’t any issue in the builder at all.
Can you try clearing the browser cache? as it may be fetching old js files.

NikkoI found malware in the site and am cleaning it now. Maybe that’s what causing my problem. Will let you know.

Thanks for the update. I still can’t see any problem on my end, the page in private loads without any problems when I check it. Did you try accessing the site outside of your normal network? You could also try to restart all your devices and routers, to see if that changes anything.

RikardStill trying to fix, and when changing something in Theme Options it will not save changes.
Get error message refresh page and try again. What can I do to make save again and could this be related to my page loading problem?

RikardI went to performance and turned off advanced options and that would not save. However the saving is working ok now.
I still cannot get page to load to edit. When will a updated version of Enfold be out, maybe that will solve problem. I restored the earliest backup I had but that did not solve the problem.

I don’t think updating or restoring the theme would make any difference, since the problem seems to be local. Did you try logging in using a different user to see if that works better? There’s nothing in the theme which would make saving possible only sometimes, and sometimes not.

RikardI’m having the same problem. When I go to edit a page in my admin, the editor progress circle just spins and spins – see screen shot https://prnt.sc/IjU4I-mXxh7D
I have another site on this server using Enfold, no problem loading.
I’ve cleared all the cache etc.
I’ve used different browsers to attempt to get the page edit to load, it doesn’t.
I’ve deactivated recent plugins, no success.Any other ideas?

If you have already tried it but it still does not work, please create a new thread and give us admin credentials so we can check further on it (just post the credentials in private content, as it is only visible to the moderators and the thread creator).Best regards,
