    Hello,
    i can not update because of the common problem a lot of people mentioned.
    Iam using a child theme, and i know, if i update over FTP and activate the theme, a lot of settings are gone then,
    i need to reupload the logo etc…. This is a total mess, especially when iam using it on many websites.
    so ist here another solution?

    Hey neotemplates,
    When using a child theme and you update via FTP you don’t need to activate the parent theme, the child theme automatically connects to the parent theme.
    Registering your theme with a personal token, can be done via the child theme, please see this
