    Dear Sir,
    With respect to this enfold theme webpage:

    Homepage

    On the second slide on the top layerslider – the top button/text moves outside the vewing port on responsive.
    The slide is set to “responsive” in the settings and when I view it within layslider preview there isn’t a problem.
    But when it’s view on a mobile device the top button disappears outside of the viewing port.
    Any ideas why this might be? The responsive doesn’t seem to work very well.
    I set the dimensions 1500 x 500 and “responsive”

    Further to above.

    after a bit more research it seems this happens on a viewing port of around 800p.s. wide (a tablet in portrait mode)

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi Christopher Skelton,

    I see all the buttons on mobile, checked on an iPhone. Can you attach a few screenshot of the issue, please?
    Also which device are you checking on?

    Hi Victoria,

    Yes, it works OK on a mobile – but if you read the thread I mentioned when the viewing port is around 800px the buttons/text get lost outside of the top left hand side of the advanced layeslider.

    Can you see one button 90% outside viewing part (you can only see the bottom blue part)

    Any help on why this is happening would be appreciated,

    Hi Christopher,

    Which browser are you using? Can you please clear the browser cache? I checked in Chrome, Safari and FF. The text does not go under.
