    Mobile burger Menu opens up blank .
    I tried recommendation to disable JS&CSS Merging and compression, as well as enabling “delete old CSS and JS files”
    No luck with that fix.

    Hey gcook124,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. It looks like the update is not showing on the backend of your site, please try to install and configure this plugin if you can’t get the theme updated from the theme options: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

    I installed the Envato market-plugin but for some reason the Theme will not update.
    When I try to manually update it shows that I have have the latest version, which I don’t.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I see that the update is showing up in the Envato plugin, did you try to update from there? If you need help updating, then please share FTP details with us in private as well, and verify that you have backups of the site.

    Yes I tried updating through the plugin, but got an error: “Update failed, the theme is at the latest version…”
    Is there somewhere that updates may be locked out that I don’t know about?
    I have included my FTP login credentials.
    I have a recent Backup, and a staging copy setup in case something goes wrong.
