    Hello,
    I’ve been developing a website for a client for the last month, and although the are still some cleanups to be made, I almost finished.
    But I noticed recently that the burger menu, while working correctly on Android devices, doesn’t show up in any Iphone devices (using Safari).

    My attemps so far have been:
    – to update to the latest version of Enfold, which is 4.5.
    – remove any custom css related to the menu
    – clean the cache with WP Super Cache (I had to change the permalink structure to make the plug in work)

    I looked up related posts with similar issues, and one even mentioned to modify the.htaccess file (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/menu-not-appearing-on-mobile-live-site-enfold-4-4-1/?login_error), which I had created by the provider (that was chosen from my client).
    I really do not want to write a menu from scratch, since I would have to report the change in every page of the website.

    This is my first post here, so I am not sure yet on what information is needed in the Private Content section. I’ve put the link to the website and a screenshot of the problem.

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Did you move the site? It’s not loading properly on my end. I’ll ask the team to check it on iPhone.

    Hi Ismael!

    I did not move the site, but my client insisted on using a particular provider for the hosting, and it doesn’t work properly on the first load of the website. It should work fine after a few reloads!

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply!

    Issue is related to “Font Organizer” plugin. I tried deactivating it and clearing cache and mobile menu showed up just fine.
    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/typography/#register-additional-google-fonts-for-theme-options and upload your custom fonts instead of using a plugin :)
