Hey,
I’m puzzled by this issue, let me break it down.My landing page has a set of “cards” that fade into view when scrolled into the viewport. I altered the bottom-to-top animation. It works perfectly in Chrome and Firefox and did so earlier in Safari. But something changed. Now they load in but only to disppear after a half second or so – or rather, some disappear, some are semi-transparent and some look fine. Weird!
If I open another tab in Safari, say Google.com, and navigate back to my site, all the cards then appear nicely! This is odd, and I don’t see how any CSS rule could produce this error. It works on mobile Safari.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

May 4, 2019 at 12:54 pm #1097179Hi Emilvillumsen,
The animation is working fine on Safari on my side and I do not see any errors in the console.
Could you please clear the cache, check again and get back to us.
Best regards,
VictoriaMay 4, 2019 at 1:18 pm #1097186Hi Victoria,
Hmm that’s odd.
I’ve cleared my cache, deleted all cookies, tried in an incognito window and tested it two more computers, but I still get the same buggy behaviour. My OSx and Safari is up to date (12.1).
Here’s a recording of it: https://www.loom.com/share/a4fa3cb5f4ba4b59942b4ebee4e9b489
I talked to my web host two times. The first time he couldn’t replicate the error either. The second time another person could, both in Safari. They said it was a theme thing and I should contact you guys :)
What other fixes could there be?

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
Then open the dev console and see if there are any errors on your end.

VictoriaMay 9, 2019 at 10:18 am #1098833Hi Victoria,
I’ve deactivated all plugins, cleared cache, checked in a private browser. Still an error.
I’ve checked the dev console in both Safari and Chrome and there are no errors. I’ve reproduced the error on 3 different computers in Safari.
