    Hi,
    After the 4.3 update, the product info tab (also product review from AVL) is not showing.
    When reverting to an older version it is showing okay..

    Hope this can be fixed soon.

    Hi wzshop,

    Enfold has now included performance features which allows you to enable all or load only the elements you use.
    Please try to go to Enfold > Performance > Disable Template Builder Elements > then set it to Load only used elements (recommended)

    I also do not understand how this can be a feasible new feature in the 4.3 version / you understand my problem.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi wzshop,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I have checked on it and I am able to replicate the same issue on my end. We have already reported this to Kriesi and our devs, I hope you’ll be patient enough to wait until a fix will be released. For the meantime, can you use the default editor for the single products page.

    Not needed. The quick fix mentioned is still not implemented in the enfold theme code.

    Hi,

    That particular modification is not valid because it prevents the reviews form from displaying when a review is non-existent. This is the modified version.
