Hello,
there comes a bug in header without doing anything. The class .header-scrolled-full is added by default if header is on top. If I remove the class, then header displayed correctly.
There is a caching plugin on the site. I disabled it for testing, but bug is still there. The bug comes without doing anything on the site.
Can you please check that?
Thank you and best regards
Basti
Hey Foeges,
Can you please have Appearance > Editor enabled for now? It’s probably hidden by your security plugin.
Best regards,
Victoria
Hello Victoria,
the Editor is enabled now.
Thank you.
Hi Foeges,
You have the header.php file in your child theme, is it from the same version as the parent theme?
Best regards,
Victoria
Hello Victoria,
that i dont know, because i did nothing on it and did not update the theme. As I described above, the bug comes overnight without doing anything on the theme or the site. It is an JS bug which adds the scrolled class to header even the page is on top and not scrolled. I cant say whats there happen, thats why i contact the support here. Pls see Screenshots in private content.
Thank you and best regards
Foeges
Hi Foeges,
First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.
Best regards,
Rikard
