    Hi, I have a problem with the Enfold Tab Section.

    The Tab Section auto height adjustment doesn’t work properly. In some of the Tabs on my Website the content is just cut off and I don’t know how to fix it.

    I have already tried putting this into Quick CSS:

    .av-tab-section-outer-container {
    max-height: none !important;
    }

    It doesn’t do anything.

    I hope you can help help me.

    Where can we see the tab section? I checked a few pages and did not see it.

    I noticed the Tab Section bug on the Page “Produkte” as well as on the Page “Dienstleistungen”.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.3) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.

    Also make sure to clear all caches and minification from your caching plugins before you check the changes.

    Hello,
    I have the same problem on this page
    could you please help ?

    The classic editor is already activated on my enfold child theme options,
    I have the latest version of Enfold apparently (I just entered a new validation token)
    Should i delete and replace the ENFOLD folder on the FTP ? What should i replace it with ?

    Hi jeuxdevilains,

    Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site. Also please include FTP login details, if you should need help with updating your site. If that should be the case, then also verify that you have backups of the site.
