Please try to disable CSS file merging and compression and Javascript file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!

October 28, 2021 at 10:04 am #1326778Hi achteins,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I think the problem might be coming from the plugins, can you give us permission to temporarily disable it? if it’s not allowed, then please create a staging site for us, so we can try to troubleshoot it without risking your live site, here’s a simple tutorial you can follow: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/Best regards,
NikkoOctober 28, 2021 at 10:08 am #1326779no problem, you can temporarly disable the plugin which might cause the problems.
October 30, 2021 at 6:09 pm #1327082Hi,
Thank you for your patience, I took a look at your page but I’m not quite sure what your issue is because in your screenshot there are two images that are the same but stacked, I do not see this in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge on Windows 10, what I see is a large gap at the top of your page from a whitespace element.
Best regards,
MikeNovember 1, 2021 at 10:06 am #1327276the problem is: the slider has a backround image set and this image is shown much higher then the slider is. the screenshot shows exactly this, the slider with grey overlay and the same picture, set as background, much bigger then the slider. the whitespace at the top is no problem.
November 2, 2021 at 2:50 am #1327368Hi achteins,
Thanks for giving us permission to temporarily disable plugins, after some tests, it seems the Smush plugin is causing the issue.
I have enabled it back on your site, I think the plugin can still be used but just some or maybe just one of its settings may be causing it.Best regards,
NikkoNovember 2, 2021 at 9:25 am #1327396thank you very much!
