    Hello,
    I have an problem whith the media-upload dialog on the frontend while using the Enfold theme. The Media-Upload dialog was not displayed after clicking on an “Add Media” button on an BuddyForms-Dialog. No error masage was shown. On the backend it works properly.

    I have tried this already:
    – deactivate all plugins (except the BuddyForms plugin)
    – deinstall cache plugin
    – activate the normal enfold thema (I use an child-theme)
    – re-rename the wp-content folder (from “cms”)
    – On the Performance options: Always load all elements and disable CSS and Javascript file merging and compression.

    The only way the Media-Upload dialog was working was to activate an other wordpress thema (twenty seventeen). Then it works.
    Thats also the reason way I’m not reaching out to the BuddyForms support.

    In the private content you find the site url and login crecentials. Keep in mind, that the “Add Media” button was only visible after you have logged in.

    I can’t get in to the site using the login credentials above. Please check the info carefully and contact the plugin author for additional help.

    Hi,

    I would like to apologize for the late response. I managed to log in to the site but I’m not sure why the upload button is not working. I don’t see any errors in the console and the button doesn’t respond or anything. Please try this code in the wp-config.php file:

    define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );

    Have you tried to add the suggested code above? You have to put it in the wp-config.php file.

    Hi,
    the problem was still there! I have tried your suggestions.
    The BuddyForm support tell me that they will make improvements by an update.
    But also the update (latest versions of BuddyForm, WP, Enfold) don’t solve this problem.
    To bring it to work was on the way to be very urgend now.

    Thanks for the update.

    We would like to help you solve this issue, but we are not familiar with the plugin’s code, so it is very unlikely that will be able to solve this immediately. Please ask the plugin author for any hint or info that they can provide in regards to the issue.
