boxes moving

Hello,
The theme I picked has moving boxes. Some things I don’t want a moving box. I’m trying to create a footer across the bottom, but I don’t know how to just make a full column, edge to edge, that doesn’t move. I don’t know how to accomplish this in Enfold. I hope you can help.

(It’s the Pink box on the bottom of the page that says “For the Latest Updates…..”
