    Hello,
I’ve been struggling with a very frustrating blurry image issue with the entire site, especially the gallery feature. I’ve tried making the images smaller, larger, at the exact portfolio size, saved as png, jpg, and I’ve done sharpening in photoshop. It doesn’t seem to matter what I do to the images, they still look blurry, almost like there’s a fuzzy filter over the images. What am I doing wrong? The gallery I’m referring to is here: http://www.neogenii.com/

    Hey nvictory!

The images you’re using is 495x400px only. It is very small. Please try a larger image. Suggested image size is 900x400px.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,
Thanks so much for your quick response. Ok, so I resized the images to 900×727, and then checked “no scaling” in the gallery. They’re still a little fuzzy looking but better. I’m really confused about what size to make these images because when I look at the source code, it shows the images are scaled to 460 x 400 anyways. The images look nice and crisp in Photoshop but still have that “fuzzy filter” look to them once I upload them to the site. Any other suggestions?

    Thanks! :)

    Hi!

Everything looks pretty sharp on my end when checking now. Images in WordPress are somewhat touchy. Its best to just use the largest possible size you have available and then with Enfold choose an image size larger than the container for whatever gallery/image implementation you have.

    Regards,
    Devin
