    Hi!
    Im using the Enfold Shop Demo template and im having issues with the Shop Image Banner, when i changed it, even with the same size that the Shop Demo Default Image, it looks blurred. I would like to know if there is some kind off guidelines to this or its something i must add to css or anything.

    Hey holantorcha,

    Did you make sure that you selected the correct resolution when selecting the image from the WordPress gallery? There is an option on the right hand side of the gallery modal which lets you do that.

    Hi Rikard!
    Nothing on the right side of the gallery let me select the resolution of the selected image.
    Only got the following options:
    – Edit Image
    – Delete Image
    – Describe purpose of the image

    Nothing about resolution.

    Sorry, recently changed that url for safety. I deleted the mencioned image beacause it was usseles. You can try with anyone on the gallery, the important thing is achieve to remove the blurry effect on any picture i want to apply there.

    Left you here the new login page and you already got the credentials.

    Hi Victoria!

    Thanks for your help but i need to understand the problem so i can do it myself.
    I change the image today but when i do it the new one gets blurry, the problem is back.
    Even putting again the one you changed for me the blurred effect is back.
