    Hi,
I just added a blog post but for some reason the title and categories are not behaving the way the other blog posts on my website do. I didn’t change anything when I created the post and, from the backend, this post has all the same settings as the others. Also on the landing page for the blog there is no intro text for my new post. Any idea how I can get it to conform with the rest of the site?

    Hey Allison,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your site? so we can inspect further. Please post it in the Private Content section in your reply.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

You have used the Layout Builder for that post, that is why you are not getting the default element on the post. When using the builder for posts they will behave like a page and you will have to add all content to it manually. You can get around this behaviour is you switch to the default editor once you are ready to save though.

    Thanks,
    Rikard

Yes, resolved. I had to paste the code chunks in using the text view. Everything is working perfectly now. Thanks.
