    Hi there,

When I hover over an image on the blog page for the first time, the transparent overlay with the icon doesn’t appear. However, it appears when I hover over it the second time. Not sure if this is an individual issue.

    Thanks

    Hi cthai!

Send us a link to your page and we’ll take a look.

Be sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.2, and that all plugins are deactivated while testing.

    Cheers!

    Hi!

Have you tried de-activating all active plugins as Elliott suggested?

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hi Yigit,

    Yes, I did.

    Thanks

    Hey!

It’s working fine on my end. Some of the images your inserting with the WordPress add media button so the overlay will not display for them.

    Best regards,

Thanks Elliot, I see the overlay on the images, which were inserted through WordPress media, but it doesn’t show on the first hover. This is happening on Google Chrome and Safari. Not sure if it’s a browser thing, I haven’t tried it on Firefox and other browsers.

    Hey!

Ok I see the images your talking about now. The markup looks a bit weird, how exactly are you inserting them into the post? Send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look. Be sure to set your reply as private.

    Cheers!

Thanks Elliot, the blog is shared with a few other people who also post, so I’m unsure how they inserted the image. I’ve attached login info.

    Hey!

We’ve made some updates to the forum and unfortunately we’ve had some problems with displaying information from the private area, though it should be fixed now. Could I ask you to submit the information again please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hey Rikard,

    Sure thing.

    Thanks

    Hi!

It’s weird because in you backend it say you are using Enfold v3.2.1., but in your sourcecode it says you are using Enfold v3.2. So I think there might be some corrupted files or something went wrong the last update. Please upgrade to Enfold v3.2.2. and when that does not help, you might need to delete all theme files via CSS and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

    Cheers!
    Andy
