Hi again,
Following what has been suggested at this post: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/spinner-keeps-spinning-in-avia/#post-906340
After some research I found that the issue is due to email-before-download plugin.
And more interesting this works on Safari but not in Chrome or Firefox.
