    Hi,
    I’m out of ideas about missing the Advanced Layout Editor. It did work fine for almost a year. Now after I login and choosing a page to edit I cant see anything. I get a blank page without any content – not even the field where I can add anything. Please see my screenshot: http://www.emmaxx.de/urbanity.jpg

    I did update the theme and wordpress to to the newest version. What else can I do?????
    I need to change important information for my client.

    Hi,
    I have similar problem and I found something in this support page that resolve the situation with the blank page in advanced layout editor.

    Go to the top right of the page your are editing and click in the screen options (near help button) then select or chek Avia Layout Builder!

    It works for me. Hope it can help you!

    Hi!

    Please check on Screen Options if the Avia Layout Builder is ticked. Disable all plugins then check it on another browser.
