    Hello,
    I am using youtube videos in my backgrounds on the website. Unfortunately, the videos play and stop immediately on some browsers. Some times they work and most of the time they dont, it plays and stops.

    The website link is attached in the private content. Would be grateful if i can get any help for this issue. To detect the problem, you can try running the website on different browser like safari, firefox, etc.

    I have also attached the videos of the issue i am facing, in first video everything works well, in second video in firefox the videos dont work after starting.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Did you mute the video? Please note that autoplay is not allowed when audio is enabled, so users have to play it manually. To make the videos autoplay on page load, you have to disable the sound or mute it.

    Thankyou for the reply, The videos are from vimeo. I have not muted the videos from anywhere, just added the link of my vimeo in the background video options from elementor.
