Hello, unfortunately we can not find the error. Until recently, a video was running in the background in the top section on the home page without any problems:
It is no longer displayed. We have not made any changes. The cache was cleared several times for testing.
However, it works on the English page:
Funnily enough, the settings are exactly the same, but it doesn’t run on the German side.
The pages are built with the theme, via the Avia Layout Builder. The videos are stored as background video in a section.
Why does this not work anymore?

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

Thanks for helping.
After updating your Theme, the problem still exist. We´ve also updates WordPress to the newest version.
It also can´t be an problem with the cache. If we deactivate the cache, the problem still exist.
The Console does not throw a JavaScript error.
Video and background image is set, exactly like in the English page. Why does it not work for the German one? Is perhaps something wrong with the shortcode generated by our Avia page builder? Can you find any error in the HTML Code that your theme is generating?
Would be great to get help.

Thanks for the update, and sorry for the late reply. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, it looks like you have removed the video from the German page. Please try creating a test page, where we can see the actual problem.
