my backend is very, very slow. I have no idea what happened! Could you please check and help?

Hi,

Thanks for that. First of all, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.3.1.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please install a plugin like this, in order to check what is consuming resources on your installation: https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/
