I can’t edit the existing text blocks/rows from the backend as there is no ‘edit element’ that shows up on the top of these elements.
I can edit columns and other elements like headings etc.
I’ve tried deactivating all plugins but this doesn’t work.
The code is showing up on the front end for all text blocks. Eg. [av_textblock size=’16’ font_color=” color=” av_uid=’av-133ju’]
I”ve updated to Enfold version 4.7.6.3 and running wordpress version 5.5.1

    Hey Emidi,

Thanks for the login details. I can see what looks like a broken text block on the backend of your front page, is that what you are referring to? If so then please activate debug mode so that we can copy your content to a test page: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you if you enable Appearance->Editor in WordPress, or post FTP login details in private.

Also please consider updating the theme to the latest version: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, and make sure that you are running PHP 7.2 or higher on the server.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
Yes that’s right, and also on the Services page. When I switch to Advanced Layout Builder I can’t edit the text blocks.
I have followed the instructions to activate the debug mode, and I have also updated the PHP version.
    Thanks, Emiy.

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I see that the text block element is missing on your installation, it should be the first element in the Content Elements tab, but it’s not there. I can’t say what that is unfortunately, maybe you have added some kind of customisation in your child theme which might be affecting that? I wanted to check the content in your child theme, but Apparance->Editor is still not active. Could you activate that, or share FTP login details in private please?

Also please try deactivating all plugins to see if that makes any difference.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

I can’t seem to enable Appearance > Editor. But I’ve provided the FTP details in the private section.
    Thank you.

    Hi,

Thanks for the login details, the password seems to be wrong though, could you check and verify the login details please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
