    Hello,

For some reason the back button does not work properly on Firefox and sometimes does not work for Safari. Is this a common occurrence? What could be the issue here?

    Hey digitalammo,

Not sure what you mean by that, does that only happen when using the theme?

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Yes, it only happens when using the theme. When hitting the back button on Firefox, what shows up is only the loader and the loader actually stops and it just stays stagnant on that page so you actually have to hit the refresh button. I have a few people who have told me that the same thing happens to them when using our site.

    Hey!

I could only reproduce the issue on Safari and not on Firefox. Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately so we can look into it?

    Hey!

This has been reported before but the issue seems intermittent and it doesn’t happen on most sites. I actually can’t reproduce the issue on safari and firefox, windows 8. Please try to install a cache plugin then test the site again.

    Cheers!

Hi, I am having the same issue on a new site. But only on Safari and only randomly. One minute if you try to go back from one page to another it doesn’t work, then 10 mintues later you try it again and it does, then a bit later it doesn’t again. Could it be a page loading issue?

Here’s the site. Please view in Safari browser to replicate the problem. You may need to try a few different pages.

Also which cache plugin do you recommend? W3 Total Cache?

    Hi!

Thank you for the info. The site is not using the latest version of the theme. Please update it to version 3.4.7.

    Regards,
    Ismael
