Hi there – I see others have had this problem but there doesn’t seem to be a common fix, but rather it depends on the site with the problem. Also, it may be useful to know that the site is for a Canadian realtor so it interacts with myrealpage.com plugins – and everything was working fine before.
This is one page I am having trouble with, which shows the [avia_codeblock_placeholder uid=”0″] instead of the page content: http://chilliwackgatedcommunities.com/listings
Where should I start when it comes to solving the problem so that the page content shows?

Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

January 8, 2017 at 7:34 am #730810Hi,
Thanks for that though your Sucuri plugin is blocking access to the login page, could you disable that plugins temporarily?
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 8, 2017 at 7:52 am #730819Sorry, forgot about Sucuri. Let me check what I need to disable it – I may need your ip address, I will check now.

January 8, 2017 at 1:51 pm #730848Hi,
Thanks, that worked. Though I can only see this on the URL you said you had problems on: Hi there! You are viewing my fake post!. Where can we see the actual issue?
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 8, 2017 at 5:27 pm #730877That is the problem – the page suddenly changed from showing the realtor’s listings. On the “recent sales” top navigation for example, the sales show. I don’t know that happened. The page showed the avia codeblock problem came up after I tried to fix the page to show listings. There should actually be the realtor’s listings on the page. Previously I had codeblock on the page only. Why doe the “fake post” show – it was never there before and I don’t understand what is happening on the page. Especially since it was working before?
January 8, 2017 at 5:31 pm #730878Also, if I put my mouse on the top navigation “Community Listings” there should be a whole page of images drop down with community listings. But instead only the very top row of images shows – only for the top navigation “Search” and Our “Listings”. You can see that for now the Our Listings page opens a new tab that goes to the realtor’s other website since I didn’t know what was happening.
January 12, 2017 at 1:09 am #732404Have you guys gone in and done anything? Something very strange is happening – there are two page of “our listings” and they are identical. One is a draft and one is published. They look the same to me in terms of code and theme settings. but ONLY the draft page shows the listing of the realtor. What am I missing?
January 12, 2017 at 1:21 am #732406Oh, and I never created the ‘fake post’ showing on the one page, and I don’t know where it came from. When I first submitted my issue, I saw the code “[avia_codeblock_placeholder uid=”0″]” which now appears to be gone – I’m mystified.
January 12, 2017 at 5:31 am #732447Hi,
Who is RitaA and Joyce Van Delft? Looks like both of you are creating those duplicated pages. I think you can delete this one.

This is the correct listing page.

I don’t see the original issue though.

May 2, 2019 at 7:00 am #1096361Hi ianalyst,
I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.5.6) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
Rikard -
