I have been using your theme on our site since 2014. My licence and site information at below.Licensee:

2014-07-23 08:38:42 UTCI want to talk about our problem. Sometimes “Avia Page Builder” does not load as you can see below.
Ee had faced the same problem before and reinstalled it by transferring all the contents as XML to solve the issur. At first “Avia Page Builder” did not work again. We saw that it got better by itself. Now we are faced with the same problem.
We talked to our hosting company. They said that system has high level features and there might be a problem with the software. And they said we can get support from you.
I asked them to send their bug reports and features of the hosting we have. They sent to me this.

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.
