My IP is dynamic so I think it would be better if you didn’t block IPs until we have helped you out. If you don’t want to do that you can try to whitelist the IP in private.

Sorry for the delay, I checked your site.
Like you mentioned the About us page is not loading.
I can confirm that the layout builder works fine. I created a private test page for testing purpose. Please check private content for the link.
It’s possible that the About page has a script that’s blocking the layout builder or something is corrupt.
Please enable debug mode and copy the page shortcode and re-create the page.
You should be able to edit the newly created pages :)

I believe issue might be related to one of your plugins or to your firewall. An alternative would be creating a new account for your client and ask them to check if they can reproduce the issue.
Enfold does not have such issue out of the box so it must be related to your installation or something on your clients end. However it is very difficult for us to troubleshoot an issue we cannot reproduce unfortunately.

I understand your position however unfortunately that would be out of the scope of our support.
We normally do not share our IP addresses and only connect to sites that are publicly accessible but i went ahead and shared my IP address but sadly we cannot set up such session.

Last time the user had the same issue, they had their mod_security configured properly and it solved it. The 403 forbidden is in many cases the server issue, not the theme.

We have al ready configured mod_security on server site. Can you please look in to this issue ASAP. My client is very frustrating due to this issue. He can not able to edit any pages or post.Please check ASAP.

As I said, the theme does not affect the issue. Please double-check with the hosting provider if any setting has been changed or if certain requests are blocked.

But the avia layout builder keeps loading on particular pages not on all pages. Avia-layout editor is not working properly for some pages. So can you please check once avia layout builder editor issue. Why it is just loading?
