Images stopped displaying correctly on our homepage. Went to see what was going on and can’t load the page in the Avia Layout Builder. Load icon just spins and spins. Have used this theme for years without an issue, so I am not sure what happened recently to cause this issue. I have turned off all of the plug-ins and still have the same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated as our homepage has issues that need to be fixed. With over 2,000 visits per day we are getting a lot of complaints about it. Thanks.

Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. I see that you haven’t added an Envato token to the backend of the theme, please follow this to generate one: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/.
Also make sure that you are running PHP 7.2 or higher on the server.

RikardI updated the theme as well as PHP to the version below. For some reason I got an error when validating the token. The site still has the same issues even with all of the updates. Please advise. Thanks!

Thanks for the update. Most of the images are loading fine on my end, but some don’t since they are returning 404 errors. They seem to be served from a CDN service, so you might want to reach out to them to see why the images are returning 404 errors.
The layout builder is not loading on my end either unfortunately, it seems to be due to some javascript problem coming from the file in private. What happens if you disable the SEO ultimate plugin?
