    Hello,

I’m using the avia layout builder on my blog post.

However, the featured image, author information and post date are not displaying above the post.

Is someone able to show me what’s gone wrong or what I need to do to implement it?

The main reason we’re using the avia layout builder is because I want the image gallery at the bottom of the post.

    Many thanks in advance..

    Hi Coronacom!

The layout builder is for users who need complete control over how their post displays which is why the featured image, post meta, etc etc, does not display.

You can right click your page and view the source and copy the HTML for all of that on the frontend and paste it inside a codeblock element if you want to add it in manually.

    Cheers!

I don’t want to have to do that on every blog post I write in the future where I need the avia layout builder.

Is there not any code I can use in the quick css?

    Hi!

No, you would need to use the codeblocks or switch to the default editor if you want the post to display as a regular blog post. You could consider creating a feature request and if it gets enough interest then we may see some more elements get added for that in the layout builder.

    Regards,
    Elliott
