    Hi,

    We are using the Enfold theme for more than two years and lately are facing a few issues.

    The site is running on Enfold Version: 3.5.2

    The Avia Layout Builder is not working.. I’m trying to edit a few pages on WordPress with the Enfold theme and these pages aren’t loading up the layout builder. They just keep giving me the spinning wheel forever.

    Similarly, I’m having issues setting the featured image on posts. When I click to set a featured image the media library popup opens, and again just keeps giving me the spinning wheel forever.

    The Appearance > Editor panel is accessible.

    Kindly give us a solution to fix these issues as we need to update the site immediately.

    Hey ERS,

    The version of the theme you are running is very old. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Please note that you might have to delete the old version before you upload the new one in order for it to install properly, or use a plugin like this in order to upload the new zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/.

    Hi Rikard,

    Thank you for your guidance.
    We have the Purchase code of the original Enfold theme we purchased in 2015 for this same site. Is it enough to access the account and download the Theme version 4.5 with this detail or do we need the same account used to purchase the theme.

    Hi Rikard,

    We are awaiting a reply from you. Kindly inform us from where we can download Enfold Theme Version 4.5 with the Purchase Code we have or what are the options we have.

    Kindly get back to us on this at the earliest as we are trying to update the site content for the past few days and the theme is not working.

    Our WordPress Dashboard does not show us any updates.
    And, on the theme download page however we are able to see version 4.4 but not 4.5
