    the layout builder was working fine now it won’t load. As far as I can tell everything is up to date.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details, you are getting a 403 error on a WordPress file. Please see private for more information. Could you try contacting your hosting provider to see if they know why it’s getting blocked from access please?

    I’ve contacted our hosting provider and they were able to get in. they only advice they gave me was to have you try again w/ a new temporary login.

    Thanks for that, the builder is working when I log in now. I’m guessing they changed the file permission for the file in question?
