Hello,
I was working all day yesterday on my website and when I used animated numbers, the problems began. i could only save two animated number elements, while I wanted four. When I tried to update the page with three or four animated number elements, it got stuck on loading. I had to refresh the page to get it to work again and all my changes were gone.
After that, the same happened with other ALB elements. I tried to put on the page. Today I tried to save a new element while on my ipad to see if that made a difference. When I change anything, I can press update, but nothing gets saved.
There is also a content section you see on the front end, but not in the back end (shortcode parser error, but I can’t find where to put the closing tag in the debug code)
I have a deadline, but I can’t do anything anymore with my website.
This is pretty urgent, can you help me?

Is this happening on the home page, the page in private? If so then I can’t see any problem on my end, the last section in your screenshot which has a pink background is the 1/4 Grid Row layout. Maybe I’m missing something here?

Shoot, you’re right! I removed it a little earlier when I was fighting to save the page. My apologies, I’ve been working long hours non-stop on my website.
So where does the closing av section tag go, the one that is missing according to the shortcut parser?
And, the biggest problem still exists that I can’t save the page (keeps loading), after I try to place 4 animated number elements on the page.
Even dragging a white space element somewhere, same problem.
Can you help me please?

MortickaAnyone? I already lost two days of work, I can edit excisting elements om the homepage, but as soon as I try to drag new elements on the page and update, it gets stuck on load.

I tried to login however logins credentials did not work for me. Could you please check them once again?
Are you using any custom HTML on your page?
We would like to enable shortcode parser – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#shortcode-parser and update the page with auto repair function enabled. That should fix shortcode errors if you have any on your page.

I dont know why you cant login, I’ve checked the credentials I gave and they are correct. I have not changed anything in the mean time either?
The errors on the shortcode parser were spontaniously gone already (?), but I did set it to your setting and updated the page just to be sure.
I can’t add any new elements on the homepage, still gets stuck on loading after pressing Update. I need help please?

My bad, i was forgetting to accept policies!
I created a private page and copied your homepage. Then tried adding Animated Number elements into Grid Row at the bottom and I had the issue you mentioned. I waited and received the error I attached in private content field.
Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well so we can check the logs? Also, are we allowed to de-activate all active plugins for testing purposes?

Yes, weird isn’t it??
In the mean time, I contacted my webhost to have them check if they saw something weird on their server. Turns out they did, the animated numbers script has a conflict with mod security or something.
I asked them if they could send the data to me after they fixed it, so I could send it to you.
I’ll get back to you as soon as they do :)

That is new! We recently found out about a rare case (I have seen only 3 times in ~7 years) where certain words broke Text Block element due to mod security rule. We even added it to docs – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly but I would not guess that would happen on Animated Numbers element too.
So yes, please send it to us so we are informed. I wonder what is causing the conflict.

I could not send the error log because my webhost already deleted it (called them a couple of times)
But next time something like this happens, I’ll ask them while on the phone to send me the error log. :)
