    Hello,

    The Avia layout builder is not loading for any of my pages (continues to spin/load but nothing happens). I have tried the following things:
    – clear my cache
    – disable plugins

    I am not super techy so I think the fastest way is to allow someone admin privileges for a bit to take a look on the inside.

    Hey Loewe,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t work then please include admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Sorry I do not know how to update to the latest version as I do not have the original theme files (I am taking over a client’s website).

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. If you don’t have access to the theme files then you will need to get that at some point, as you will have this same problem over and over otherwise. If you don’t have access to a Themeforest account and a theme license, then please make sure to get one: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990.

    Hi Rikard,

    I only have the license details from the previous company but no files as it was before I took over this client. Is there a way I can download the theme as it was paid for previously? Or must I need to pay for the same theme again just to get the files?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. If you don’t have access to the theme files, then you will need to get that at some point. Otherwise you will have this same problem each time you need to update the theme, like I pointed out earlier. You can’t download the theme files without having access to a Themeforest account, which has a valid license of the theme.

    Hi Rikard,

    I do have an envato account with themeforest but the license for my client’s theme was not originally purchased on my account (it is on the previous company who managed my client’s website). Under my account’s downloads folders, I have no files. So does my client need to purchase the same theme again just so I can get the files?
