    Avia layout builder not loading (spining) so i log in wp-admin Dashboard….visiti website..edit front page and then i can’t change anything because the Avia layout builder is Loading have scree shoots as well. Regards Sven SoS Please Help

    Hey,

    You are currently using a very old version of the theme, 3.8 which is not compatible with your WordPress version.

    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.1.

    Then, please generate a Personal Token by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates :)

    If you would like us to update the theme for you, please make sure to have a backup of your website to be on the safe side.

    but when you look in my dashboard you can see that i use the last vision… also i make manual update and that say it again…

    I see an error on your website at the moment. It seems like theme folders were merged and not replaced that why your website is displaying the error. I am going to re-update the theme for you via FTP :)

    first of all thanks for helping… second i did the same.. like you show in the video … no i have : There has been a critical error on this website. …
    i renamed plugin to plugin.hold… to deactivate all plugins… but the same … i am out of any idea. SoS … more easy :P

    Hi,

    I just overwrote all theme files via FTP :)
    Previously, they were merged, not replaced so there were duplicate files which caused the error on your site.
