    Hello Team,

    I am using WordPress 5.7.1 and Enfold Theme Latest version 4.8.2 and PHP-Version 7.4.18 (PHP Memory Limit set on 512 MB)

    Avia Layout Builder is not loading properly in some pages of my website (where there are many content blocks). Front End layout seems fine, however backend editing shows a spin icon that keeps spinning forever and the builder blocks don’t ever shows up.

    I’ve tried to disable all the plugins to check for conflicts and also tried to recreate page to check if the problem persists but same error happened.

    Can you please help? Thank you very much!

    I believe the issue on your site is in Troubleshoot: Text Block element not loading part in which the solution is disabling mod_security or try not to use these keywords.
