    Seems to be recurring but already did all the suggestion found on the web and forum and still without being able to load Avia Layout Builder.

    Can you help? Should a I share credentials?

    Hey thesoulm,

    Sorry for the problem, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. The latest version of the theme is 4.7.5, so yes, there are versions after the one you are running. I see that you haven’t added a token under Enfold->Theme Update. That is why you are not seeing any updates on the backend, please follow this in order to register your theme and to generate a token for the backend: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

    Thanks.

    Whenever I try to update private token, it connects but when applying “Save all changes” it doesn’t save, so I’m not able to see downloads / updates.

    Can you verify?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’m seeing the same problem on my end unfortunately, you are getting a 404 error on the admin-ajax.php file. I’m not sure why that is though. I do see that you are running an outdated version of PHP on the server, could you try to update that to 7.2 or higher please? If that should not work either then we can update the theme manually for you, if you need help with that then please include FTP login details in private as well, and have a backup of the site ready in case something should go wrong during the update.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I’m still seeing the same problem once you try to save something in your theme options. What happens if you disable all plugins to see if there is something blocking the saving to work? Also, after logging in this time I got a security notice from something on your site, I’m not sure if that was from a plugin or from something on the actual server? If you know what it is, then please try to disable that too.
