    I’m currently trying to update a client website having neglected it for a while, but when I try to edit any page (old or new) the Avia layout builder will just hang trying to load. In this state none of the buttons such as Screen Options, Help or the Default Editor function.

    Solutions tried:
    Trial and error through disabling / uninstalling plugins one by one
    Disabling / uninstalling all plugins
    Updating theme / plugins
    Tested various solutions provided in similar forum posts

    Any help would be greatly appreciated :3

    Hey melintrip,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    The site is running on a very old version of the theme, 3.5.4, which is not compatible with the latest WordPress version. You have to upgrade to version 4.4.1.
