Avia Layout Builder not loading

When i try to edit a page’s layout and content, the the area where I should be able to adjust the modules and design in Avia Layout Builder is just a spinning loading wheel or takes minutes to load and edit. In fact, simply navigating around my wordpress admin and ALB stuff has been painfully slow recently and I’m not sure why.

I am on a child theme but original Enfold theme I installed is Enfold Version: 4.7.3

Any help would be great because we effectively have a website that cannot be edited right now.
