    Hello Support,

    I’m having issue with the avia builder not loading. I read as much as i can but couldn’t find a solution to the issue.

    I have implement solution from this link https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ but that only give me access to the content but the page is just still rolling.

    Kindly advice solution.

    Hi benoma_md,

    Thanks for giving us ftp access, I was able to access it and enable logging of errors.
    However I tried to login the WP Dashboard, however the login credentials above doesn’t work, and I can’t check if there are js errors appearing.
    Can you please give us admin access, and we’ll check it as soon as we can.

    Hello Support,
    The admin credentials i provided is working, kindly try it again.
    I guess you are using the credentials on the wrong site. There are two sites on that the server using same theme.
    Please kindly let me know the changes made in order to replicate it on the other site.

    Hi benoma_md,

    Thanks for giving us the admin access, I have tried to check it and I am getting this error in the console:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)   /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

    However, I still could not figure out what’s causing the issue, enabling wordpress error logs doesn’t seem to log any errors which makes it more difficult to figure out how to fix.
    For the meantime, can you try the steps listed in this post: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/
