Hello,
My Avia Layout builder will not load. The page loads, and then there is just a circle that keeps on appearing.
I’ve increased the memory limit to 256MB on both the wp-config.php, the php.ini, and the .htaccess file. It’s still not working.
I do not have any plugins installed either.
The site in question is http://dev.konnektive.com/
Please help! Thank you.

It is properly loading on our end. Please use another browser. This is the screenshot:
Best regards,
IsmaelDecember 4, 2013 at 11:54 pm #196400Please try refreshing the page. Sometimes it will appear just once after logging in and then after updating the page it won’t load again.
I’ve tried on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Still nothing.
Edit: I’ve now re-installed the theme twice, updated the php version, and increased the memory to 512MB. It’s still not working and just stays on the loading screen.
December 4, 2013 at 11:58 pm #196403Also, please let me know why my text editor is not appearing. If you try clicking on “Default Editor” you’ll see that nothing appears there.
December 5, 2013 at 1:40 am #196430Hey!
Yes, the issue seems to be random. Please refer to this link: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/avia-layout-builder-not-loading/#post-137892
A user reported that 5.3.27 FastCGI may cause the issue and a switch to 5.3.27 CGI (Stable) fixed the problems on his server.
Cheers!
IsmaelDecember 5, 2013 at 1:46 am #196436Hi Ismael,
Thank you for your reply. Like I mentioned in my previous post, we’ve already updated the php version and the layout builder is still not working.
Please look further into this. I’ve been trying to get it to work for hours.

Please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps
Cheers!
YigitDecember 5, 2013 at 7:18 am #196555Hi Yigit.
Like I mentioned before, there are NO plugins that are activated on the website. Please understand that I’ve already tried all the suggestions in these support forums and the problem still persists.

Our developer has spent the last couple of days switching everything over to 5.3.27 CGI and the problem still persists. Please take a look. We’re hoping that you can come up with a solution for us. If not, I think it’d be acceptable for us to ask for a refund.
Thank you for your help,

December 14, 2013 at 8:41 am #200161Hey!
Looks like there is an error coming up with your installations tiny mce editor. You could try doing a re-install of the WordPress 3.7.1 files and see if that fixes it (basically a re-update without moving to 3.8).
Another option would be to try re-installing Enfold just make sure there isn’t a conflict there but by default the error shouldn’t be happening.
You can see it with dev tools after loading up any page with tinymce on it.
Also note that the Advanced Layout Editor and the regular visual editor do not work together. You will always clear out the contents of the other when switching back and forth and saving.

DevinMarch 19, 2014 at 5:48 am #239842I noticed in the layer slider.. when you choose to load the Google CDN.. it causes the page builder to not load. Just for reference.
It happened to me.. so I turned it off again.
