I’m a newbie, so please forgive entry level questions.
I’ve had Enfold since 2015. Never had an issue. Edited my site a couple of months ago no issue.
Went to make a couple of edits to pages (copy edits etc) and the theme looks strange. There is a new section at the top of the editing area called Classic. The Avia section can’t be easily edited. Visual selection doesn’t show copy (like it is in white) and any edits and saves throw the page off. All my functionality and sliders are broken, I don’t get it? In menus, I can’t add a custom link to the main nav, it just deletes itself.
Can anyone help? I can’t make necessary changes to my site at all (a minor edit and save to live makes the page go nutso, i.e. https://theprincessball.com/purchase-tickets/) so it’s either fix this asap or get a new theme which I really don’t want to do.

Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.6.3.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.6.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.
