    Hey Jota_jota,

    Please provide more context to the question. Are you using the latest version of Enfold? Have you tried disabling all active plugins to see if the issue resolves.

    Hi Jordan Shannon

    It’s a website that was not been updated for 4 years until last January when I updated some small things. Last may I updated the plugins and the theme and from than on I couldn’t update anything else. When I try to edit a page it stays on wait forever. Also can’t add any new pages.

    Hi,

    What version of PHP are you running? If possible, please update it to PHP7 or as close to it as possible. Since you haven’t updated in a while this may be the root of your troubles.

    I was having a problem with the Avia Layout Builder with the spinning icon that never stopped. So I deactivated my plug-ins and then reactivated them one by one and I no longer have a problem. That doesn’t really seem to be a logical solution but it worked.

    Yeah, it’s the same problem but unfortunately that solution didn’t work. Thanks anyway

    I’m not sure exactly what you updated, the theme or PHP version? Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, you are running a very old version of the theme which is not compatible with the version of WordPress you are running. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.4.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Make sure to keep proper backups of your site in case you should run into problems.
