    Hi,

    I am using the Enfold theme. When i want to edit a page I use the Avia Layout builder, however, it is not working, a small wheel keeps on turning. Front end is fine. I updated to latest version of enfold and the issue appeared

    Hey subpad,
    I took a look at your site and see that your server settings seem fine and your theme is also up to date.
    I opened your homepage in the editor and it seemed like I could edit it, with no spinning wheel.
    Although I did see this error: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403
    I believe this is a JetPack error.
    So are you having this issue on all pages, or just some?
    Have you tried disabling your plugins? Please do try this.

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for your help. I’ve disabled jetpack. I had to disable two of the folders in the new theme to do with ‘events’ to get the website to show. Figures i don’t need the events functionality in the theme. If i enable the folders , the website goes down. Could this be linked to the problem.

    Please can you confirm that you can edit the homepage?

    I’ve just managed to edit the homepage from the new profile i set up for you; must be an issue with cached files on my admin account

    i’ll leave the two folders disabled; doesn’t seem to affect the theme
