Hello,
for some time on my homepage there have been error messages on some pages in the backend, in the “AVIA Editor”. Error message as follows:Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.I can not edit the page! If I go back to an old revision, I can edit the page, but at some point this error message comes back.
Can you help me?
Best regards

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look? Which pages is it happening on?
Best regards,

JürgenApril 2, 2020 at 4:57 am #1199943Hi Jürgen,
Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also please try switching to the Classic Editor in the theme options if the update should not change anything.
Best regards,
RikardApril 2, 2020 at 1:34 pm #1200167Hi Rikard,
Thank you so much! I updated the theme to 4.7.4. PHP updated to 7.3 and WordPress also updated. The theme changed to the classic editor. Sometimes the problem still occurs. When I delete a text block in the Avia Editor, for example, and the page save suddenly comes the error message “service unavailable”.Best regards
JürgenApril 3, 2020 at 8:05 am #1200401Hi Jürgen,
Thanks for the update. I think there might be a problem with the server your site is hosted on, since we don’t have any other customers with this problem as far as I know of of. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they know what the problem is please?
Best regards,
