It looks to be working in the last screenshot? And the first ones doesn’t have the Layout Builder activated? If you need further help then please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

You will need to go to your ThemeForest account and generate a token for your theme, there you can also get a fresh copy of the theme and update it via FTP.
