Avia Builder won't load for Posts

Avia builder will continue to load on the only post i already created and wont show up at all when creating a new post. Just adding # to the url when pressing the advanced editor button.

Yes i added the line of php you use to sugget to expand memory.

Yes i have last wp and last enfold, i previously had 4.3 wp and updating didnt fix.

Also disabling every plug in, changing browser etc didnt help
