    Hi Guys
    I can’t get Avia builder to work on my home page. Other pages are fine.
    Deactivated all plugins, worked for a couple of minutes then again same problem.
    Right now all the plugins are deactivated.

    Thanks for the login details and screenshot. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Please note that you might have to delete the old version before you upload the new one in order for it to install properly or use this plugin to upload the .zip file from your Themeforest account: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    Not only this, but now after updating the theme I can’t see the top section picture on mobile. Seems z-index is not valid anymore for that picture.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, though I can’t see any missing images on mobile on my end using Chrome. Did you make sure to clear the cache from your mobile browser and reload the page afterwards? If that doesn’t work then please post a screenshot of the problem and on which browser/device we can reproduce the problem on.

    Hi Rikard
    I couldn’t wait so created a clone from lager and deleted sections and rebuilt them. That solved image loss issue.
    But Avia builder still has issue loading.
    So what’s the solution?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Though the builder is loading fine for the front page on my end, could you try in a different browser or clear your browser cache to see if that helps please?

    Hi Rikrad,
    Yes it is, because I had to rebuild front page again after update and deleted older page.

    So you can close the ticket now. Hope it will be OK for next update. ;)
