    Hi there,

    We have published our blogs online and they are set up to show our avatars in the little circle, however it is now showing little pencils instead, see link:

    How can I fix this so it shows the avatars?

    Hey anyone_officechanges,

    have you changed the options in Enfold > Blog Layout > Multi Author blog?

    If you still face the same issue please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • the URL to the login screen
    • a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
    • as well as a password for that username

    Hi Vinay,

    We haven’t chosen that option under the blog layout section because we have structured the page different so are using ‘Use advanced Layout’ option. If there anyway using this option we can also have the gravatar as well as using the advanced layout option?

    Yes, edit the blog posts element then set the blog layout to multi author. :)
