    Hallo Kriesi,
    ich habe von Euch verschiedene Enfold-Themes im Einsatz. Das älteste macht seit kurzem komische Sachen:
    Es ist von 2015, auf aktuellstem Stand und läuft mit WordPress 4.7.5.
    Sobald ich Texte in das Textfeld eingebe und speichere, werden automatische tags angehängt. Sehe ich mir auf dem Reiter “Text” (nicht “visuell”) an, sieht es folgendermaßen aus:
    Original …
    “Dies ist eine Testseite …

    1. Aufzählung
    2. Test
    3. für Listen

    neue Aufzählung

    • Ein Test
    • für unsortierte
    • Listen

    ”

    nach dem Speichern des Textblockes …
    “Dies ist eine Testseite …

    1. Aufzählung
    1. Test
    1. für Listen

    neue Aufzählung

    • Ein Test
    • für unsortierte
    • Listen

    ”

    Die Listen-Tags vermehren sich dann bei jedem weiteren Speichern …

    Was kann das sein?
    Ich bin echt ratlos …

    Hi Kriesi,
    yes, i’ll try in english …

    I use some of the enfold-themes, they all run perfect, but one of them is strange … If I change something in the text and save the page, the theme writes itself some html-tags – for example ul /ul or li /li. More with every saving …

    Here you can see a screenshot before and after saving …

    Thanks for the clarification, please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look. If you have step by step instructions on how to reproduce the error then that would be appreciated as well.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. You are running a very old version of the theme, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.1.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    You might want to copy your site to a staging environment and do the update there first, since a lot of things have changed in the theme since you last updated. Also make sure to have proper backups in place in case anything should go wrong.

    Thanks, yes i can try … But shouldn’t it update automacly? I added the api-key? I ask, because i have some more installations. (This one is the oldest) so I have to look for updates manually?

    Hi Monika,

    The them does not update automatically, you only get a notice that there is an update available. Updates might break something, so they should not be automatic.
