    Hi,

    My previous designer made and bought the theme for my website and i have the username and API key. I am trying to update the Envato theme but it says its upto date (No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.0.2)), but i can not seem to find the theme i want (Dark photography)

    What is missing?

    Hey Imran,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Please try a WordPress transients cleaner plugin if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key in the theme settings is correct under Enfold > Theme Update.

    If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually via FTP.

    Unfortunately, not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto-update feature provided by ThemeForest.

    Hi Imran,

    A purchase code is what you get with the theme when buying it on Themeforest, that is what lets you register on the support forum. If someone else bought the theme for you then please ask that person to forward the information to you.
